Refund policy

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from any signs of use, and returned in original condition
  • All tags must be fully attached and unaltered — no exceptions
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Perfume, makeup stains, pet hair, or visible wear will result in refusal of the return

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these standards.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation that the item is eligible
  • If accepted, refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days
  • We do not refund items with removed or damaged tags

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges only if the requested item/size is in stock. Please contact us before returning to confirm availability.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service
  • Items lost in transit are not our responsibility

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom, altered, or made-to-order items
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel (due to hygiene)
  • Sale items marked final sale
  • Items returned without tags or in used condition

We are a small brand and do not offer open-wardrobe returns. Please shop responsibly and treat each item with care. For return authorization, contact us at returns@risenomada.com within the 14-day period.
