Shipping Times & Costs

We ship worldwide within approximately 7 days using trusted couriers, including Inpost, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and DPD.

• Free Shipping within Poland: All orders over 130 PLN shipped to addresses in Poland qualify for free standard delivery.
• No PO Boxes: We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

Important: Delivery fees may differ depending on the payment currency you select. All available shipping methods and costs for your region will be shown during checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress on the courier’s website. For any questions, please contact the courier or our customer support team—we’re always happy to help.

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 business days from the date your shipping confirmation is sent. Please keep in mind that delays may occur due to payment verification, stock availability, customs procedures, or increased demand during sales events. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Order Changes: Please double-check your order before confirming, as it cannot be modified once placed.

Taxes and Duties

• EU Orders: Taxes and duties are included in the price for orders shipped within the European Union.
• Non-EU Orders: For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the listed price and may apply upon arrival in your country.

For shipments to the United States valued above $2,500, formal customs clearance is required. Our shipping partners (such as DHL or UPS) may contact you to request your federal Tax ID or social security number to comply with US import regulations and facilitate delivery.
